- 60ml uni sweetened orange juice

Strawberry and Mango Delight Shake
- 150g frozen mango chunks
- 150g frozen Strawberries
- 2 tablespoon Forever Bee honey
- 365g whole plain yoghurt
- 125ml coconut milk

- Blitz in a blender
This colourful shake is crammed with two signature summer fruits which perfectly complement the sweetness of Forever Bee Honey and Coconut. If you want to get creative with colour, split the other ingredients in half and make a mango version then a strawberry version and layer it into your glass.

- 114g low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 table spoon walnuts
- 80ml cold water

- 2 packets sweetener to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon Forever bee Honey
- Ice
- Blitz in blender

- 300ml milk
- 300ml coffee, poured into ice tray and frozen in cubes
- Blend protein powder with milk and pour over iced coffee cubes into a glass.
